Main features

Fully integrated Edge computer within an OPLC provides direct connection to all in- and outputs using LTE-M (4G) communication.
Secured operation of a remote process using TeleControlNet.
Local control panel with LCD display for local visualisation of alarms and direct pump station configuration.
The on-board Real Time Clock (RTC) provides accurate times to alarms and events.
Time critical data (i.e. process alarms) are transmitted immediately to TeleControlNet, from where alarm messages can be sent as e-mail or SMS.
For non time critical data the Edge OPLC has a local data buffer (>10 million samples) and stores actual time and date stamps. Transmission of data is done in bulk to reduce communication costs.
A watchdog alarm monitors the telemetry communication and informs the user if the location is not accessible.

Using an Ethernet or serial RS232/485 Modbus interface, it can be easily connected to a large variety of devices.
Due to the integrated M2M modem, communication to TeleControlNet is seamless and provides fully remote access to your device(s).
Alerts and events are recorded immediately and if specified as urgent will be transmitted immediately by SMS/Email.

The IoT Pulse unlocks flow measurement equipment and provides remote flow indication.
The battery powered unit converts a pulse into a volume.
Dual pulse inputs allow connection of 2 flow sensors or a single unit with up/down measurement.
Flow data is transmitted to TeleControlNet at configurable time intervals.
Flow data can be verified based on customer defined intervals, i.e. daytime vs nighttime.
Measured data is available within TeleControlNet for registration and data analytics.

Main features

The battery powered IoT Level Sensor has proven to be competitive in price and performance.
This 3-into-1 unit measures level, stores data locally, and transmits data at user defined intervals.
All measured data is stored in TeleControlNet for data monitoring and historical data analysis.
Alarms limits can be modified by the user for alarm handling using SMS or E-mail messages.
Typical applications are (surface) water level monitoring, overflow detection, IBC level monitoring, etc.

IoT Indicator | IM125 | IM145

Main features

The Smart IoT Indicator aka “Red Signaling Light” is the first step to Smart telemetry solutions using LoRaWAN or NB-IoT/LTE-M.
Is has been specifically designed for remote pump monitoring, but also can be used for any application which requires remote monitoring of 24 V signals.
The unit operates as a normal warning light, but is able to detect different alarms i.e. thermal pump failure, pump on/off and high level switch.
All measured data is stored in TeleControlNet for data monitoring and historical data analysis.
In addition TeleControNet provides day/week/month/year reports on pump running time and number of activations. This data can be used for predictive maintenance reducing your maintenance costs.
