Inserting biogas in natural gas grid
Biogas is inserted into the natural gas grid.
Injecting biogas in the natural gas grid can be risky. The quality must be right and must continuously be monitored. For the financial transaction for the delivered gas also the flow needs monitoring.
The biogas is injected via an intelligent biogas three way valve. This valve also measures inline gas quality. If the gas quality is insufficient the valve automatically leads the biogas back to the reprocessing. A TC302 is connected to the local controller of the intelligent three way valve. All data is available via TeleControlNet for both the supplier of the bio gas, and the network administrator. With sufficient authorization, the valve can also be parameterized via TeleControlNet.
